My name is Loreto, and I’m originally from Chile. Over the years, I’ve been immersed in the wellness world, including spending several years living in Bali & India where I deepened my connection to movement, mindfulness, and holistic wellbeing. Since 2017, I’ve been teaching yoga, with a background in Ashtanga and Vinyasa, and more recently expanding my practice into Pilates. My teaching style combines mindful movement, strength, and presence, creating classes that feel both grounding and uplifting. Beyond movement, I have a background in Visual Arts and a deep love for fashion, beauty, and aesthetics, which naturally influence the way I create experiences and connect with people. I feel especially inspired by working with women and creating spaces where they can reconnect with themselves, feel empowered, and move with confidence. Above all, I believe wellness should feel authentic, beautiful, and deeply nourishing.
